Haag Education Statement on Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Haag Education continues to monitor recommendations regarding COVID-19 protocols from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), along with all local, state, and federal government requirements and guidelines where we do business.

Haag Education has resumed classroom courses beginning on September 2021, in locations deemed safe and with safety precautions in place.

We want to provide you, our clients, with flexibility during these uncertain times, so we’ve modified our transfer/cancellation policy as follows:

    1. New registrants will receive a 100% refund upon written cancellation to 30 or more days prior to classroom course start date.
    2. New registrants who cancel 29 days or less prior to start date of the classroom course will be eligible to transfer 100% of the fees paid to be used on Haag On Demand training course(s) or a future classroom course, if used prior to December 31, 2022.
    3. Registrants who have already transferred  fees from previous Haag classroom seminar dates are not eligible for refund, but they may apply those funds to future classroom or online Haag training. Transferred funds must be used on or by December 31, 2022.

Haag Education will strictly follow all guidelines outlined by the CDC, state, and local health agencies to protect the safety of you, our class attendees, and our staff.

Requirements may include:

  • Appropriate distancing between attendees’ seats
  • Masks or face coverings required when not seated
  • Social distancing whenever possible
  • Limited food and beverage service
  • Temperature checks

If you are unable or unwilling to follow the safety guidelines listed above, we ask that you take advantage of our online options instead. If you prefer to transfer to an online class, you will be eligible for a transfer to on demand or webinar alternatives but may not be eligible for a refund.

If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend an in-person class. If your temperature registers 100.4 degrees F or higher, we will ask that you transfer to an on-demand, webinar, or future in-person course with no transfer fee.

Your safety and the safety of fellow attendees and staff is Haag Education’s top priority when conducting in-person training. If you have questions regarding class policies, please email

We look forward to welcoming you safely to an in-person Haag Education course this fall.  As always, if you do not feel comfortable with classroom training, Haag Education does offer many live webinars and on-demand training at
