Haag’s Parish Auditorium is a full-service meeting/conference facility that can accommodate your meeting, seminar or any type of event. Included in the rental is the use of the newly updated 1,500 sq./ft. room with the existing premium classroom tables, ergonomic padded chairs, ample dedicated restroom facilities, state-of-the-art electronic projectors, microphone and white board, and full-service catering options.

All inclusive use of meeting room set up, Screen, LCD Projector, Rolling White Dry Erase Board, Wireless Lavaliere or Hard Line Microphone, Podium, CD/DVD.
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure space. Balance is due 72 hours prior to the scheduled function by cash, certified check or credit card.
Haag Education requires a guaranteed number of attendees be provided 72 business hours prior to the day of the event. Final guarantee must be at least 85% of original estimated attendance. Client is responsible for payment of the guaranteed number. Haag Education is prepared to serve a maximum of 3% over the guarantee.
A service charge of 20% and 8.25% state sales tax will be assessed on all banquet prices including but not limited to: food and beverage. A charge of 8.25% sales tax will be assessed on all meeting room space and audio visual equipment. There is no service charge on meeting room rental or A/V rental.
Haag Education must supply all food and beverage provided and consumed in all banquet rooms. No outside food or beverage is permitted to be brought in to the banquet rooms by client or guests. In the event that outside food is discovered, client will be asked to remove it and will be assessed cleanup fees by Haag Education.
All prices are subject to change due to increases in food, beverage or operating expenses.
Except as expressly noted in specific instances, Haag Education does not guarantee a specific room for a specific event. All rooms are assigned based on the guaranteed number of guests provided by client. Haag Education reserves the right to assign rooms which best accommodate group’s program requirements. Changes to function room setup on the day of the event will result in a reset fee of $300.
Cancellation more than 30 days in advance of the event will result in loss of non-refundable deposit. Deposit may not be applied to another date. Cancellation more than 7 days in advance but less than 30 will result in a charge of 50% of the total anticipated revenue for the event. Cancellation less than 7 days prior to the event will result in a charge of 100% of the total anticipated revenue (room rental and contracted food and beverage) for the event.
Outside audio visual equipment is permitted with Haag Education’s approval. Additional fees may apply for electrical and sound requirements. A technician fee of $75 per hour will be assessed for any setup/troubleshooting assistance provided by Haag Education staff.
