Attending HAAG seminars provides a wealth of knowledge to our adjusters and has saved hundreds of thousands of dollars because they learned to properly identify damages and now adjust accordingly. Took the question out of questionable hail claims.

Haag Engineering is a great source of education for property adjusters.  Your classes are excellent and remove many of the myths adjusters hear from other sources (i.e. roofers,  contractors, other adjusters) about perception of damage versus real damage.   We use Haag as an important determinate on many questionable damage issues when providing our adjusters pre storm guidelines.

I recently visited a country home under
construction by my sister-in-law's son in Rappahannock County.  The framework and roof were up and inside sheet rocking was under way.  The rafters and studs at the tops of the walls were still visible, as he led
me up for close inspection.  He is doing most of the construction and was proud to show the new top plates attaching all the studs to rafters, just like you instructed at the Denver  Conference.  He was at one of my later storm shows, where I carried the gospel about anchoring the foundation -- and was convinced.  Just thought you would enjoy knowing the concrete results of your talk.  Hopefully, others who were at my last few shows are doing the same --or soon will.

You did a very good job presenting the material to us. You answered my personal concerns I had brought with me to class. Even though I did not ask about most of my concerns, you answered them as the class time progressed. Even though I have inspected over 500 composition roofs for hail damage, I needed that little edge to help my confidence concerning some types of damage assessment. This school also grounded me so that I do not drift and pick up some bad habits. Thanks for doing research on hail damage too. The reality of poor and inadequate hail assessments on my part leads to claim payments that shouldn't have been made which in turn drives insurance premiums up all over the nation.
