This seminar will educate the attendee on the geology behind sinkholes, the engineering involved with sinkhole evaluations, and all-important legal aspects. It will cover potential signs of sinkhole loss, factors other than sinkholes that cause damage often associated with sinkholes, and sinkhole remediation. Also covered will be effective strategies for dealing with sinkhole litigation, including contractual suits, appraisals, neutral evaluations, and bad faith. This seminar will be co-presented with Andy Rock, P.A. of the Rock Law Group.
