Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing to Haag Engineering's Seminar Department. Cancellations received 31 or more days prior to seminar date will be refunded in full, less a $25 processing fee. Cancellations received from 11-30 days prior to seminar will be subject to 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellations within 10 days from the start of the event will be subject to 100% cancellation fee. Registration fees are transferable to another person with advanced written notification. Registration fees are not transferable to another date or topic without registrants written request and Haag Engineering Co. approval.
Course Completion
All attendees receive a certificate of completion. Attendees requesting and meeting the requirements for continuing education credits will receive a CEU certificate. We present this seminar to provide information to you for use in your business. We do not certify the results, nor do we certify the ability, knowledge, or work product of
any person who is not an employee of Haag Engineering Co.
Continuing Education Units (CEU)
As a provider of continuing education we are required by state law to enforce attendance policies for those receiving continuing education credits. If you are requesting CEU credits we require registrants to attend the course in its entirety.
- Come to the class on time.
- Bring your license information with you to the event.
- Make sure that you are signing in for the class & signing out for the class.
- Do not take excessive breaks unless they are approved breaks.
- Make sure you collect your certificate upon completion of the course.
Certificates that are not collected at the seminar will be discarded. CE certificates will be mailed.
- You will have 5 business days from the completion of the course to submit your license information for CEU submission to the states you are licensed with.
- Cell phones are not permitted to be on during the courses.
- No audio or video recording is permitted.
- Haag Engineering Co. does not allow any reproduction of its seminar handout materials or publications without written consent.
- There will be no refunds for CEU fees that are paid if CEUs are denied due to non-compliance of the attendance policy.
Open Seminars
will include the following:
- Seminar Handout
- Morning break of beverage & breakfast type food items plus an afternoon break of beverages & snacks. Lunch is not included in the seminar price. You will be given a 1 hour lunch break during sessions longer than 4 hours.
